SHIPPING

When will my order be shipped?
Orders of in-stock items will be shipped within 1-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship with USPS from Vallejo, CA so depending on your location, it can take up to 3-14 business days for delivery within the United States.

International orders usually arrive within 2-6 weeks.

Why hasn't my order arrived within the promised time?
Due to COVID-19, the US Postal Service has experienced long delays. Please allow additional time and check your tracking number on the USPS website for shipping updates.

Why does my package show "Undeliverable"?
If you haven't received your order and your tracking number shows "Undeliverable" or "Returned To Sender", that usually means the shipping address you provided was incorrect. Unfortunately the customer will be responsible to pay additional shipping fees to re-send the package. The package will be re-sent once we receive the original package from the post office.

What if my order is damaged or never arrives?
If your package is damaged, never arrives or is marked "delivered" but haven't received it, you will have to file a claim with the shipping company. You can file a claim by talking to a manager or supervisor at your local post office. As stated in our store policies, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items handled by the shipping company.


ORDERS

How do pre-orders work?
Pre-order items will be sold in advance and will be shipped at a later date. If you order an item that's "in stock" with your "pre-order" item, your "in stock" item(s) will be held and shipped together once the "pre-order" item(s) becomes available.

What is the return/exchange policy?
As stated in our store policies, there are no refunds. We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start an exchange request, you can contact us at helladoperecords@yahoo.com. If approved, you will be given instructions on how to mail your item back. Customers are responsible to pay for the return postage fees. Used & Pre-Owned items are non returnable and may not be exchanged for other items.


USED & PRE-OWNED ITEMS

What is a pre-owned item?
These items had at least one owner in the past. Most of the pre-owned items will be opened and used, but some items may still be sealed. These items may have come from old record stores, personal collections, garage sales, etc.

Can pre-owned items be returned for an exchange?
All sales final - no refunds or exchanges. Please read item descriptions very carefully before completing your purchase. Feel free to contact us if you need additional information about our used items.

How are pre-owned items graded?
Used items are visually graded and will vary in condition. We use the Goldmine Standard for grading the condition of our items.
