Refund policy

No Refunds - we have a 14-day exchange policy for new/sealed items only, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Used/Pre-Owned items are non returnable and may not be exchanged for other items.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start an exchange request, you can contact us at helladoperecords@yahoo.com. If approved, you will be given instructions on how to mail your item back.

Customers are responsible to pay for the return postage fees.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
