We have a 14-day exchange policy on new items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Used / Pre-Owned items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start an exchange request, you can contact us at If approved, you will be given instructions on how to mail your item back.

Customers are responsible to pay for the return postage fees.

• We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items handled by the post office. Claims must be made with the shipping company.
• Please make sure you are using the correct mailing address before you complete your order. We are not responsible for returned packages.
• Buyers are responsible to pay additional shipping fees to re-send a returned package.
• International buyers are responsible to pay for custom fees. These fees are not included in our international shipping costs.
